Bruce Cemetery and Homestead

The purpose of this geophysical survey wass to attempt to locate unmarked burials in the Bruce Cemetery and remnants of a historic house in an area where the Bruce homestead was reportedly located.

Five anomalies that could represent unmarked burials were observed on the GPR depth slice data from the cemetery. Three of these anomalies are truncated by the large tree trunks. Two of the anomalies are not located adjacent to the tree trunks and represent possible unmarked burials in the cemetery.
